Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Tapería La Mina (MINEROS Y TAPAS SL — VAT No. B10619872) we are committed to providing you with the best dining experience. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully.
1. Takeaway & Delivery Orders
If there is a problem with your order upon receipt, please notify our staff or contact us immediately.
We accept claims for the following reasons:
- Incorrect order (items different from those requested).
- Products in poor condition or with quality defects.
- Incomplete order (missing items).
In these cases, we will replace the product or issue a full refund of the corresponding amount, depending on the customer’s preference and the circumstances.
No refunds or claims will be accepted once the order has been fully consumed, unless the issue is attributable to the establishment and duly substantiated.
2. Dining In
If any dish does not meet your quality expectations during your visit, please inform our staff immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue on the spot, offering you an alternative or an adjustment to your bill as appropriate.
Claims for fully consumed products will not be accepted.
3. Reservations
If you need to cancel or modify a reservation, please let us know as soon as possible:
- Cancellation more than 24 hours in advance: free of charge.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance or no-show: if a deposit has been paid, it may be non-refundable as indicated at the time of booking.
4. Online Payments & Deposits
For advance payments made through our website for group bookings, events or special menus:
- A full refund is available if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours in advance.
- For cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, 50% of the amount paid will be retained as a management fee.
- In the event of a no-show without prior notice, the amount paid is non-refundable.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
5. Allergies & Dietary Requirements
It is the customer’s responsibility to inform our staff of any food allergies, intolerances or dietary restrictions before placing an order. Tapería La Mina cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from failure to communicate these requirements.
